Students at the Celestino Fernandez Learning Center sponsored by the Colby Olsen Foundation started The Rainbow Dream Garden coupled with a horticulture class.
What are PPEP High Schools?

PPEP High Schools are available for students looking for an alternative to a “traditional” education. With small student to teacher ratios, we are able to provide more of a one-on-one learning experience.
We offer an alternative educational option for students ages 14-21, grades 9-12, and a comprehensive high school curriculum taught by highly qualified and caring teachers. In addition, depending on student commitment, we offer accelerated learning opportunities that will enable a first-time freshman to graduate in as little as 3 years!
